PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 924 The City Council of the City of Madras, Oregon, will be considering approval of proposed Ordinance No. 924 during their regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Madras City Hall Council Chambers. ORDINANCE NO. 924 AN ORDINANCE OF CITY OF MADRAS CONCERNING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES; AMENDING, RESTATING, SUPERSEDING, AND REPLACING ORDINANCE NO. 748, WHICH ORDINANCE ESTABLISHED SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES FOR WATER SUPPLY, TREATMENT AND DISTRIBUTION, WASTEWATER COLLECTION, TRANSMISSION, TREATMENT, AND DISPOSAL, DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL, TRANSPORTATION, AND PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITIES; ESTABLISHING A METHODOLOGY FOR DETERMINING COSTS; PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT OF SUCH FEES, PROVIDING FOR APPEALS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
