YAMHILL COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVLOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application has been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET L-17-19, a request by Rick Miller for approval of a property line adjustment to transfer approximately 3.56 acres from Tax Lot 3328-202 (12.11 acres) to Tax Lot 3328-100 (23.07 acres), resulting in parcels of approximately 8.55 and 26.63 acres. The parcels are located at 9610 & 9710 NE Worden Hill Rd, Dundee. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Section 402.09(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., May 9, 2019. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee.
