Clackamas County intends to amend its 2017-2021 Consolidated Plan in the following manner: Program Year 2018-2019 (2018 Action Plan) (2018/0005) E. Clarendon Street Improvements Project: Improvements to E. Clarendon Street between Portland & Union Avenues, including waterline, sewer, storm drains, new curbs, sidewalks, & new street surface. The City of Gladstone has requested additional funds to complete this project. The initial CDBG award was for $255,000. An additional $100,000 of CDBG funds will be added to this project for a total award of $355,000.
