NOTICE OF APPLICATION EXT2019-0006 (Peterkort Lot 1 Partition Time Extension)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: EXT2019-0006 (Peterkort Lot 1 Partition Time Extension) The applicant, J. Peterkort Company, is seeking a time extension for a previously approved Preliminary Partition (LD2016-0027). The approvals for the Preliminary Partition would have expired on March 20, 2019. The request for a time extension, if approved, would extend the expiration date of the original approval by two (2) years, to March 20, 2021. This the first time extension request. No changes to the originally approved application are being proposed. The project is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of SW Cedar Hills Boulevard and SW Barnes Road. Lot 200 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S103AB. To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2019. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the City of Beaverton Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Extension of a Decision: Beaverton Development Code Section 50.93. Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, on or around May 29, 2019 the Director shall issue a written decision on the application to the applicant, the property owner, the NAC in which the subject property is located, and interested parties that submitted written comments prior to or on the comment closing date. Copies of the decision will be made available on the City’s website or may be purchased at the Planning Division Counter or a reasonable cost. Copies of documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant, applicable review criteria and the staff report, are available for inspection at the City of Beaverton Planning Division, 4th Floor, City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
