NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING: On TUESDAY, June 4, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Beaverton Building, located at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon, the City Council of the City of Beaverton will consider an ordinance approving the following proposed amendments. CPA2019-0001 / ZMA2019-0001, 3450 SW 110th AVE. LAND USE AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS. This proposal would amend the City Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map (CPA2019-0001) and Zoning Map (ZMA2019-0001) to apply City land use and zoning designations to one parcel that is annexing into the City of Beaverton. The property is addressed as 3450 SW 110th Avenue, and is identified as Tax Lot 03900 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S110DA. The property is currently designated Washington County R5. The proposal would apply the city’s R7 zoning designation and Standard Density Neighborhood (SDN) land use designation. Specific criteria for the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment are contained in Section 1.5.2 of the Comprehensive Plan.
