NOTICE OF APPLICATION LD2019-0004 (Peterkort Sunset Subdivision)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: LD2019-0004 (Peterkort Sunset Subdivision) The applicant, J. Peterkort Company, is seeking approval of a six lot subdivision with two private street tracts. The proposal includes two phases. The subdivision is intended to facilitate future development of the site and does not include physical development beyond internal street and utility construction is proposed at this time. The site is generally located adjacent to the Sunset Transit Center, south of SW Barnes Road, west of the Highway 217 off-ramp, north of Highway 26, and east of the Sunset Station access road. Tax Lot 100 on Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S102CB, Tax Lots 500 and 600 on Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S102CA. To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the City of Beaverton Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Extension of a Decision: Beaverton Development Code Section 50.93. Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, on or around June 12, 2019 the Director shall issue a written decision on the application to the applicant, the property owner, and interested parties that submitted written comments prior to or on the comment closing date. Copies of the decision will be made available on the City’s website or may be purchased at the Planning Division Counter or a reasonable cost. Copies of documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant, applicable review criteria and the staff report, are available for inspection at the City of Beaverton Planning Division, 4th Floor, City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
