Phase 2, LLC claims a possessory lien over certain chattels owned by Triple C Farms, LLC, pursuant to the provisions of ORS 87.152 2. The actual or reputed owner (lien debtor) is Triple C Farms, LLC, with address as follows: 19625 Green Drake Ct., Sisters, OR 97759 3. The amount due to claimant under the Real Estate Lease is $107,496.00, plus costs of sale to be determined. 4. Claimant obtained possession of said chattels in Crook County, Oregon. 5. Notice is hereby given to whom it may concern that on June 10, 2019, claimant will proceed to sell the above described chattels at public auction to the highest bidder at 1839 NW Industrial Park Road, Prineville, OR 97754 at 12:00 p.m. 6. On May 10, 2019, claimant gave this notice as required by ORS 87.192.
