YAMHILL COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application is being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET V-02-19, a request by Rick and Sherri Parzick for a variance to the standard minimum front yard setback of thirty feet and setback for a building containing livestock of fifty feet. The applicant is proposing an approximately fifteen-foot front yard setback, along the eastern property line, for construction of a new barn. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3203-2702 and is located at 16461 NE Mountain Home Rd, Sherwood. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 502.06(C) and 1203.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may respond in writing by 5 p.m., May 30, 2019, to comment on, or to request the above application be considered at a public hearing.
