PORTLAND PUBLIC SCHOOLS SECURITY UPGRADES – PACKAGE 3 Bids due: June 13, 2019 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SOLICITATION #2019-2550 Portland Public Schools, School District No.1J, Multnomah County, Oregon seeks responses from qualified firms for provision of Security Upgrades. Experienced firms are invited to submit a proposal for consideration by the District. The Request for Proposals documents may be obtained at the PlanetBids website, https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=22555. Firms must be registered with PlanetBids to obtain and download documents; registration is at no cost. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held on the first of four Mandatory full-day site walks to take place May 16, 21, 23, and 29, 2019. A bus will leave from Vestal School, located at 161 NE 82nd Ave, Portland OR 97220 promptly at 7:05 AM on May 16, 2019. Contractors will meet at the front entrance. The first stop on the first day will be at the first site where a Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will take place at 7:30 AM at Vernon School, 2044 NE Killingsworth St, Portland, OR 97211.
