NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL Sale of City Property – 425 Furnace Street Hearing Date, Time, and Location: Tuesday, June 4, 2019; 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers 380 A Avenue Lake Oswego, OR 97034 Nature of Hearing The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing to consider approving the sale of City-owned property located at 425 Furnace Street, Lake Oswego, OR. Tax map 21E11BC00600. The City acquired the property with the intent of acquiring an easement for a pathway that will connect Foothills Park to George Rogers Park. The easement will be retained when the property is sold. The City considers it necessary and appropriate to sell the property as it has no need for it once the easement is secured. A time limit on testimony of five minutes per person and ten minutes for representatives of recognized neighborhood or homeowner associations, government agencies, or other incorporated public interest organizations, shall be observed, but may be changed by the Council.
