TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to a certain trust deed (Trust Deed) made, executed and delivered by Douglas L. Bourland and Alicia R. Bourland, as tenants by the entirety, as grantor, to Chicago Title Insurance Co., as trustee, in favor of Pacific NW Federal Credit Union, as beneficiary, dated May 5, 2008, and recorded on May 9, 2008, as Recording No. 2008-034203, in the mortgage records of Clackamas County, Oregon. The Deed of Trust has been modified by a Mortgage Loan Modification Agreement recorded on August 17, 2009, as Recording No. 2009-059108, in the Mortgage Records of Clackamas County, Oregon. The Deed of Trust was further modified by a Modification of Deed of Trust recorded October 19, 2010, as Recording No. 2010-065878, in the Records of Clackamas County, Oregon.
