NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND ELECTION TO SELL Reference is made by this document that a certain trust deed made on July 12, 2018 by Anlon Construction, LLC (Grantor), to Tyler Smith, of Tyler Smith & Associates P.C. as Trustee (Trustee), for the benefit of David Van Gordon as Trustee of the Van Gordon 401K Plan; Sherri Lund-Fery as Trustee of the Lund-Fery 401K Plan; Rowland Partners, LLC; Sherri Lund-Fery and David Van Gordon jointly with rights of survivorship; Gary Phillips; Michael Phillips; and Carolyn Holtz as Trustee of the Sea Ray Trust, as Beneficiaries (aka collectively Beneficiary).
