REVISED NOTICE WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON JAIL MENTORING PROGRAM SERVICES Letter due: July 30, 2019 @ 3:00 pm LETTER OF INTENT (#2019.096L) Notice is hereby given that Washington County, Oregon is requesting Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified contractors to participate in the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Jail Mentoring Program Services. The Washington County District Sheriff’s Office intends to engage in a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for these services based on a minimum number of two responses to the request for Letter of Intent. The qualification to submit a Letter of Intent is at least three (3) years of relevant experience as well as the ability to prove to scope of services described in the LOI to an estimated 138 participants a year for five years. Qualified organizations must submit a Letter of Intent in order to apply through the RFP process to become a contractor for the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Through the RFP process, the department will select one (1) organization to receive funding to provide these services for the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. The organization shall provide services to inmates eligible for the program. The approximate budget designated for this service is $160,000 per year for 5 years.
