PUBLIC NOTICE YAMHILL COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application is being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development DOCKET C-14-19/SDR-23-19, a request by Greggory and Elizabeth Colwell for conditional use approval for conversion of an existing barn to a winery and tasting room. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3215-1901 and is located at 13500 NE Ellenease Ave, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 501.03(P), 1101.02 and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may respond in writing by 5 p.m., August 15, 2019, to comment on, or to request the above application be considered at a public hearing.
