PUBLIC NOTICE YAMHILL COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications have been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET ADU-02-19, a request by Robert Mosher for approval of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in an existing single-family dwelling. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3208AD-1200 and is located at 2716 NE Roberts Ln, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 502 and 1014 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. DOCKET L-20-19, a request by Robert Morter and Stan & Kelly Carr for approval of a property line adjustment to transfer approximately 1.44 acres from Tax Lot 3307-400 (166.96 acres) to Tax Lot 3307-407 (1.56 acres), resulting in parcels of approximately 165.52 and 3 acres respectively. The parcels are identified as Tax Lot 3304-600 and Tax Lot 3307-407 is located at 13300 NE Gospel Ln, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Section 402.09(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. DOCKET SDR-24-19, a request by Washington County Consolidated Communications Agency for site design review to extend one of the 110-foot lattice towers to 140 feet in height, removal of an existing generator and replacement of the other existing generator with a new one, replace the 2 existing 500-gallon propane tanks with 2 new 1,000-gallon propane tanks, upgrade/replace the existing HVAC units, and repair/replace the existing equipment shelters as necessary. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 2322-4500 and is located at 23850 NE Bald Peak Rd, Hillsboro. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 802.02(A), 802.06 and 1102.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal these decisions by 5 p.m., August 15, 2019. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee for each request.
