A lawsuit has been started against you in the above-entitled Court by Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, Plaintiff. Plaintiff’s claim is stated in the written Complaint, a copy of which is on file at the Marion County Courthouse. You must appear in this case or the other side will win automatically. The object of the complaint is to foreclose a deed of trust dated June 8, 1999 and recorded as Reel 1610, Page 149 given by Mardy D Quirk, as an Individual on property commonly known as 1803 Brandon Avenue NE, Keizer, OR 97303 and legally described as: Described in the Deed of Trust as: LOT 15, BLOCK 9, NORTHVIEW TERRACES ANNEX NO. 1, RECORDED OCTOBER 15, 1959, IN BOOK OF TOWN PLATS, VOLUME 20, PAGE 12, IN THE CITY OF KEIZER, COUNTY OF MARION AND STATE OF OREGON. And more accurately described as: LOT 15, BLOCK 9, NORTHVIEW TERRACES ANNEX NO. 1, RECORDED OCTOBER 15, 1959, IN BOOK OF TOWN PLATS, VOLUME 20, PAGE 12, IN THE CITY OF KEIZER COUNTY OF MARION AND STATE OF OREGON. The complaint seeks to foreclose and terminate all interest of Brandy Grant and Eric Force and all other interests in the property. The motion or answer (or reply) must be given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days of the date of first publication specified herein along with the required filing fee.
