PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING CONDITIONAL USE Notice is hereby given that the Crook County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 in the Crook County Meeting Room, 320 NE Court Street, Prineville, Oregon to consider the following: Conditional Use, Forest (F1) Dwelling Donald and Kimberly Vogel (owner/applicant) – Record number 217-19-000371- PLNG – are requesting a conditional use permit to place a dwelling in the Forest (F1) zone. The proposed dwelling would be located on Crook County property identified as Township 14S, Range 17 E WM, tax lot 401. The applicant is proposing a large tract dwelling using properties of Township 14 S, Range 17 E WM, tax lot 401 and Township 13 S, Range 17 E WM, tax lot 600. Crook County Code Chapter 18.28 establishes requirements for Forest Dwellings. A notice of public hearing and location maps are being mailed to all affected property owners, and to the appropriate entities and public agencies at least 21 days prior to the Crook County Planning Commission making a decision on this request. Statements will be heard at the hearing. The hearing is being held pursuant to Crook County Code 18.172. Written testimony may be submitted to the Crook County Community Development Department, 300 NE 3rd Street, Room 12, Prineville, Oregon 97754, prior to 4:00 p.m. on September 4, 2019, or at the hearing.
