Planning Commission Public Hearing on September 5, 2019: Docket C-14-19/SDR-23-19.

YAMHILL COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yamhill County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 5, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. in room 32 of the Yamhill County Courthouse, located at 535 East Fifth Street, McMinnville: DOCKET C-14-19/SDR-23-19, an application for conditional use approval for the conversion of an existing barn into a winery and tasting room. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3215-1901 and is located at 13500 NE Ellenease Ave, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 501.03(P), 1101.02 and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested parties are invited to send written comment or may appear and testify at the hearing. Comments submitted the day of the hearing will not be accepted via e-mail or fax but must be submitted in writing (12 copies) at the hearing. Failure to raise an issue, either in person or in writing, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to allow the Planning Commission an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes an affected party’s appeal of the decision to the Board of Commissioners on that issue.
