HEARING NOTICE NEWBERG PLANNING COMMISSION The Newberg Planning Commission will hold a quasi-judicial public hearing on September 12, 2019 at 7 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, Newberg, OR, to evaluate the following new proposal: 1. Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment & Zoning Map Amendment at 502 S St. Paul Highway: Consider an application for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map to change a small portion of the property at 502 S St. Paul Highway from Medium Density Residential (MDR) to Light Industrial (IND) and R-2 to M-2. Applicant: AKS Engineering & Forestry on behalf of Rick and Terry Beaudry File: CPMA19-0001 AND ZMA19-0001 You may examine information regarding this project at the Newberg Community Development Department, 414 E First Street, Newberg, OR 97132, or on the city website at The staff recommendation regarding this project will be available one week before the hearing. If you have any questions, please call the Newberg Planning Division at 503-537-1240. All interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Any written testimony must be submitted to the Community Development Department office by noon on September 9, 2019. Written testimony received after this time will be read out loud at the hearing subject to time limits for speakers, and will be included in the record if there are further proceedings.
