Emergency Solutions Grant Program Springwater Emergency Shelter

Clackamas County intends to amend its 2017-2021 Consolidated Plan in the following manner: Program Year 2019-2020 (2019 Action Plan) Emergency Solutions Grant Program Springwater Emergency Shelter (2019/0015). Funding for an emergency youth shelter. $11,000 of funding for The Inn’s Springwater shelter that provides temporary housing and support services to homeless youth (ages 16 to 22) in Clackamas County. The Inn has since closed the shelter and has requested that funds be used for rapid re-housing services for homeless youth. The Inn is also in the process of changing the agency’s name to True Home. This amendment changes the use of funds from emergency shelter to True Home rapid re-housing services. The funding level remains at $11,000.
