PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LAKE OSWEGO SCHOOL DISTRICT Hallinan Elementary Renovation Project Notice is hereby given in accordance with ORS 279C.335(5) that a public hearing on exempting the Lake Oswego School District (LOSD) Hallinan Elementary School Renovation Project public improvement contract from the competitive bid process and approval of the alternate contracting method known as Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) will be held by the LOSD staff on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 1:30 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to take comments on LOSD’s draft findings in support of this exemption and approval of the CM/GC Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract method. The hearing will be held at the LOSD Bond Office Conference Room, Palisades School, 1500 Greentree Road.
