NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: DR2019-0104 (South Cooper Mountain Heights Multi-Family Spanos Mods) The applicant, A.G. Spanos Companies, is seeking Design Review Two approval to modify a previously approved 283 unit multi-family residential development. The applicant proposes to reduce the number of proposed units to 269 by reducing the size of two buildings, add a small parking lot between the two buildings to increase the number of parking spaces provided on site, and associated site changes. The subject site is located on the north side of SW Scholls Ferry Road, east of SW 175th Avenue, specifically identified as Tax Lot 00200 of Washington County Assessor Tax Map 2S106AC. To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2019. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the City of Beaverton Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Development Code: Section 40.03 Facilities Review and Section Design Review Two. Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, on or around October 23, 2019 the Director shall issue a written decision on the application to the applicant, the property owner, and interested parties that submitted written comments prior to or on the comment closing date. Copies of the decision will be made available on the City’s website or may be purchased at the Planning Division Counter or a reasonable cost. Copies of documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant, applicable review criteria and the staff report, are available for inspection at the City of Beaverton Planning Division, 4th Floor, City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
