NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

CITY OF TIGARD NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE RULES Notice is hereby given that the city manager of the City of Tigard intends to approve adoption of the following Administrative Rules: 12.01.080-08-02 Water System Development Charges (SDCs) and Water Meter Fees, Practices, and Procedures The proposed administrative rule includes revisions pertaining to Water System Development Charges exemptions as stated in Tigard Municipal Code Chapter 3.24.100. The administrative rule provides clarity regarding practices and procedures for the use of temporary water meters for construction and irrigation purposes. Authority for adoption of such rule(s) is found in the provisions of the administrative rule procedures under Tigard Municipal Code 2.04 – City Manager, sections 2.04.070. The proposed rules are available for review on the City of Tigard web site at www.tigard-or.gov/AdminRules. Copies of the proposed rules are also available for review at the Public Works Administrative Building, 8777 SW Burnham Street, Tigard or by calling 503.718.2591.
