NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE 2830 Hearing Date, Time, and Location Tuesday, October 1, 2019; 6:30 p.m. City Council Chambers 380 A Avenue Lake Oswego, OR 97034 Nature of Hearing The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing at the above date, time and location to consider Ordinance 2830 clarifying, revising and updating various sections of the City code: ORDINANCE 2830 An Ordinance of the Lake Oswego City Council Clarifying, Revising, and Updating LOC 12.51.050 (Transportation Advisory Board), LOC 20.02.010 (Business License Definitions), LOC 40.02.010 (Local Improvement District Definition); LOC 42.08.400 (Sidewalks), LOC Article 42.18 (Public Rights-of-Way and Easements), and the following sections of the Tree Code: LOC 55.02.020, LOC 55.02.042, LOC 55.02.080, and LOC Article 55.08 Tree Protection; and amending Appendix 55.02-1 Native Mitigation Tree List.
