YAMHILL COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications have been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET L-32-19, a request by Harlan Howard for approval of a property line adjustment to transfer approximately 11.5 acres from Tax Lot 3223-2500 to Parcel 3 of partition Docket P-10-19, resulting in parcels of approximately 8.45 and 13.5 acres. The parcels are identified as Tax Lot 3223-2500 and Parcel 3 of partition Docket P-10-19. DOCKET L-33-19, a request by Harlan Howard for approval of a property line adjustment to transfer approximately 2 acres from Tax Lot 3223-2500 to Parcel 2 of partition Docket P-10-19, resulting in parcels of approximately 6.45 and 5 acres. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3223-2500 and Parcel 2 of partition Docket P-10-19. These parcels are located at 11600 NE Steeds Ln, Newberg and the applications were reviewed based on criteria in Section 403.11(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal these decisions by 5 p.m., October 10, 2019. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00.
