NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chamber located in Lake Oswego City Hall at 380 A Avenue on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, 6:30 p.m. The Commission will consider LU 19-0033, a request from the City of Lake Oswego to amend the Community Development Code to clarify and update various provisions regarding nonconforming structures, Accessory Dwelling Units, Lake Grove Village Center and Downtown Redevelopment Design (DRD) District Overlays; Building Design Standards for residential structures; Clear and Objective Housing Standards, tandem parking for commercial uses, Street Connectivity Standards for Metro Plan references, Lighting applicability Standards, various development procedures, ministerial and minor development classifications, expiration deadlines (most specifically for Major Public Facilities), Flag Lot Access Lane Standards, General and DRD-specific design variance criteria applicability, and definitions. A copy of the proposed amendments are on file in the Planning and Building Services Department at City Hall. Since time allowed for public testimony is limited, you are urged to review the record and be thoroughly familiar with it if you plan to testify.
