NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE 2831 Hearing Date, Time, and Location Tuesday, November 5, 2019; 6:30 p.m. City Council Chambers 380 A Avenue Lake Oswego, OR 97034 Nature of Hearing The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing at the above date, time and location to consider Ordinance 2831 establishing a tax on the demolition of certain residential structures. The ordinance may include a tax reduction or exemption for deconstruction in place of demolition. The ordinance title is: ORDINANCE 2831 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO ESTABLISHING A TAX ON THE DEMOLITION OF CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES Copies of this Ordinance will be available one week before the meeting in the City Recorder’s Office and will also be available at the November 5 meeting.
