PUBLIC NOTICE Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Proposed Goal FFY 2020-2022 October 25th, 2019 In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 CFR 49 Part 26, the Port of Portland hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation triennial overall goal for Portland International Airport (PDX) of 11.0% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. 7.1% will be achieved through race-conscious methods and 3.9% will be achieved through race-neutral methods. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2020 through 2022 (10/1/2019 – 9/30/2022).
