PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION The Oregon Health Authority – Drinking Water Services has determined that the proposed Lusted Water District Distribution Improvement Project for the Lusted Water District conforms to the criteria and requirements of Oregon Administrative Rules 333-061-0063 and the supporting environmental review process guidance manual. The project involves replacement of approximately 3 miles of pipeline within the public rights-of-way along SE 302nd Ave. between SE Pipeline Rd. and SE Roork Rd., SE Powell Valley Rd./Roork Rd. between SE 282nd Ave. and SE 302nd Ave., a short section (approximately 300′) of 282nd Ave. between K.W. Anderson Rd. and Lusted Rd., and SE Chase Rd. between SE 282nd Ave. and SE 302nd Ave. Pipeline will also cross private property from Anderson Rd. to Lusted Rd. Additional work includes Victory Heights Pump Station backup generator replacement, Division Drive Pump Station electrical improvements, and programming improvements. This project is categorically excluded from further environmental review under the Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund program as allowed in the above referenced rules.
