PUBLIC HEARING ITEM: The following will be considered by the Tigard Planning Commission at a Public Hearing on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 7:00 PM and by the Tigard City Council at a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the Tigard Civic Center – Town Hall, 13125 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard, Oregon. Public oral or written testimony is invited. The public hearing on this matter will be conducted in accordance with Title 18 and rules of procedure adopted by the Council and the rules of Chapter 18.710, available at City Hall. The Planning Commission’s review is for the purpose of making a recommendation to the City Council on the proposal. Amendments to the development code will streamline the residential use category, modify lot standards for different housing types, and clean up minor inconsistencies. Location: Citywide.
