TRUSTEE’S AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to a certain trust deed (Trust Deed) made, executed and delivered by Steve T. Chase and Ann E. Chase, as grantor, to Fidelity National Title Company, as trustee, in favor of First Technology Federal Credit Union doing business as First Tech Credit Union, as beneficiary, dated September 7, 2006, and recorded on September 12, 2006, as Recording No. 2006-084705, in the mortgage records of Clackamas County, Oregon. The trust deed was subsequently modified by a Modification of Trust Deed recorded December 20, 2006, as Recording No. 2006-116576. The Trust Deed covers the following described real property (Property) situated in said county and state, to-wit: PARCEL 1: Part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 3 South, Range 2 East, of the Willamette Meridian, in the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon, described as follows: Beginning at a 3/4 inch iron pipe in the South line of said section to mark the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to George Hollman, et ux, by Deed recorded in Book 301, Page 296, and the Southwest corner of that tract conveyed to L.A. Holliman, et ux, by Deed recorded in Book 409, Page 389, and which pipe bears North 89deg. 36′ 10 East 16.50 feet from the monument marking the 1/16th corner on the South line of said Southeast quarter and which bears South 89deg. 36′ 10 West 1308.78 feet from the Southeast corner of said section; thence North 89deg. 36′ 10 East along the South line of said section 411.00 feet to the true point of beginning hereof; thence North 0deg. 24′ 40” East parallel with the line common to said Hollman and Holliman Tracts
