NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE MADRAS HOUSING URBAN RENEWAL DISTRICT The Madras City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 935 on November 12, 2019 approving the Madras Housing Urban Renewal District Plan. The Plan has been adopted in conformance with the applicable legal requirements and shall be conclusively presumed valid for all purposes 90 days after the adoption of the ordinance.
