METRO SPACE RECONFIGURATION AND FACILITY UPGRADES PROJECT FOR THE METRO REGIONAL CENTER Bids due: Dec. 12, 2019 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 3776 Metro is inviting bids for upgrading and reconfiguring portions of the Metro Regional Center (MRC) Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. December 12, 2019 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3772. Bids will be opened publicly at that time. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on November 26, 2019, at 8:30 am at 600 NE Grand Avenue Portland OR 97232 Contractor is to provide all material, labor and equipment necessary to make the facility modification and improvements required (in 7 specific phases) to accommodate new systems furniture, improve the MRC’s Restrooms and Kitchenettes and other miscellaneous minor tenant improvements. The Systems Furniture to be provided and installed by others and delivery and installation shall be coordinated by the project general contractor. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference. Solicitation documents can be viewed and downloaded from the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) at Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
