CITY OF HILLSBORO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE FILE NO.: PUD-008-19 HARVEY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Hillsboro Planning Commission, at or shortly after 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, in the Shirley Huffman Auditorium of the Civic Center, 150 E Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon. At this hearing, the Commission will consider a request for preliminary plat approval for a two-lot single family residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) located on a vacant parcel approximately 0.37 acres in size. The newly created lots would consist of two, detached single family homes. The applicant also requests approval of Minor and Major Adjustments to certain development standards of the SFR-7 Single Family Residential zone, including lot size and width. The property owner and applicant is Jim Harvey, Asphalt Investments, LLC, represented by Ryan O’Brien, Planning & Land Design, LLC. The subject property can be specifically identified as Tax Lot 500 on Washington County Assessor’s Tax Map 1S2-04DB and is generally located south of SE Bentley Street, east of SE 40th Avenue and west of SE Brookwood Avenue. The applicable criteria for this application are included in Section 12.80.120 of the Community Development Code (CDC), and in Sections 12.80.154 and 12.80.156 for Minor and Major Adjustments.
