NOTICE OF STREET VACATION AND HEARING The Madras City Council will be conducting a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in the Madras City Council Chambers located at 125 SW E Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding a proposed alleyway vacation at the location described below. After the public hearing, Council may consider passage of an ordinance formalizing the proposed vacation. Objections or remonstrances must be filed, in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 or can be presented verbally to the Council during the Public Hearing.
