METRO CHINOOK LANDING – TRANSIENT DOCK/GANGWAY REPLACEMENT AND BOAT BASIN DREDGING Bids due: Jan. 9, 2020 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 3763 Metro is inviting bids for Dock and Gangway Replacement and Boat Basin Dredging at Chinook Landing Marine Park. Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. January 9, 2020 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3763. Bids will be opened publicly at that time. Contractor shall replace the existing Chinook Landing public dock system, including upland connection, gangway and transient floats with new improvements and structures for recreational boating facilities. In addition to transient dock improvements, channel dredging is necessary to maintain safe navigation and use of the public boat basin and marina A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on December 9, 2019, at 10:00 am at 22300 NE Marine Drive, Fairview, OR 97024. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
