Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: SIMPSON TREE REMOVAL- TP2019-0014 The applicant, Drake’s 7 Dees, requests Tree Plan Two approval for the removal of fifteen (15) community trees and associated landscape improvements. The site is located at 8295 SW 135th Avenue, Tax Lot 7800 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S128BA. The site is zoned Residential Urban Standard Density (R5).The project site is located within the South Beaverton Neighborhood Association Committee boundary. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of Development Code of the Beaverton: Plan Two. Written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2020, in order to be addressed in the staff report. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue.
