OLWS PUBLIC NOTICE – Board of Directors Regular Meeting and Supplemental Budget The Board of Oak Lodge Water Services (OLWS) will be meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 6 p.m. at the District offices located at 14496 SE River Road, Oak Grove OR 97267. In accordance with ORS 192.630 and 192.640, OLWS hereby provides public notice that it intends to consider a Supplemental Budget at its regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners. The supplemental budget document will be available on OLWS’s website (www.oaklodgewaterservices.org) as part of the regular meeting board packet on Friday, December 13th. The agenda for the meeting will include: Clackamas River Water Providers annual report; Oak Lodge Community Emergency Response Team – disaster preparation and OLWSD emergency water filters; Resolution 19-07 for a Supplemental Budget to setup a PERS Side Account; membership in Oregon Water/ Wastewater Agency Response Network (ORWARN); Clackamas County offer to purchase easements on portions of old sanitary administration property for ADA Improvement Project; and an On-Call Engineering Task Order for the design of a Sewer and Water Pipe Replacement Project. Other agenda items include the consent agenda, staff reports and Board liaison reports. In addition, the Board will convene an Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations.
