LD2019-0019 (9th Street 2-Lot Partition)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.40 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: LD2019-0019 (9th Street 2-Lot Partition) The applicant, Peter Grimm, requests Preliminary Partition approval for a proposed residential two lot partition. The site is currently developed with one detached home. The site is located at 12350 SW 9th Street. The project site is also identified as Tax Lot 3300 on Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S115CC. To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. The decision-making authority for the above applications is the Planning Director, which will review the proposal in accordance with the approval criteria contained in the Beaverton Development Code: Section 40.03 Facilities Review, and Section Preliminary Partition. The Facilities Review Committee Meeting with the applicant will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body, but rather, advises the Director on a project’s conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Development Code of the City of Beaverton. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public, but is not intended for public testimony. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Current Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, of the Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday, January 22, 2020 pursuant to Section 50.40.10. Copies of the staff report will be made available on the City’s website or may be purchased at the Planning Division Counter for a reasonable cost. The Director’s decision may also be viewed at: http://apps.beavertonoregon.gov/DevelopmentProjects.
