TILLAMOOK ESTUARIES PARTNERSHIP (TEP) CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT Bids Due: Feb. 20, 2020 @ 1:00 PM CALL FOR BIDS Excavation Contractors – The Tillamook Estuaries Partnership (TEP) is inviting bids for a culvert replacement project where Miami-Foley Road crosses Peterson Creek, in Tillamook County. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing culvert, driven piles, in-stream excavation and fill placement, and bridge construction with cast-in-place and pre-cast components. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site at 1:00 p.m., January 30, 2020. Contractors must have an active CCB license and experience excavating in sensitive areas (wetlands, streams).
