NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT DESCRIPTION: Enforcer PUC Pumper NH745 FireRescue GPO/NPP GOV Procurement Sandy Fire District No. 72 intends to award a Contract through a FireRescue GPO Procurement to Pierce Manufacturing, Incorporated of Appleton, WI. Award shall be final ten (10) calendar days after the date of this notice. In accordance with FireRescue GPO/NPP GOV Procurement, the following information is provided: Proposed Procurement: Enforcer PUC Pumper NH745 Estimated Amount of Procurement: $ 601,364.00 Administering Contract Agency: Pierce Manufacturing, Inc. Comments regarding the District’s intent to establish a contract may be submitted by writing to the following address: Sandy Fire District No. 72 Phil Schneider, Fire Chief PO Box 518; Sandy, Oregon 97055 Comments must be received at the above address no later than January 24, 2020 by 4:00 pm. If the District receives comments within ten (10) calendar days following publication of this Notice, the District shall make a written determination that establishing a Contract or Price Agreement through FireRescue GPO/NNP GOV Procurement is in the best interest of the District. The District shall provide a copy of the written determination to any contractor that submitted comments before a Contract or Price Agreement is established.
