The parcels are identified as Tax Lots 2331-201 and 2331-200 and are located at 14865 NE North Valley Rd, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 403.02(C) and 1101.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the ORS 215.452.
