PUBLIC NOTICE CROOK COUNTY, OREGON INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID PROPOSALS Crook County Landfill Entrance Facilities Project NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Crook County, through its County Court, will open sealed bids for the Crook County Landfill entrance facilities project. Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 4:00 p.m., according to the official clock located in the Crook County Administration Office. Each bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and either hand-delivered to the Crook County Administration Office, 203 NE Court Street, Prineville, OR 97754, or mailed to Crook County Courthouse, Attn: Administration Office, 300 NE 3rd Street, Prineville, OR 97754. Crook County Judge Seth Crawford is designated as the person to receive bids. The bid opening will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 28, 2020, at the Crook County Landfill Office, 110 SW Landfill Road, Prineville, Oregon 97754. Final award will be announced during County Court at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. No mandatory pre-bid meeting will be required. No bids shall be received or considered by the County unless the bidder is registered with the Construction Contractor’s Board and/or licensed by the State Landscape Contractor’s Board as required by ORS 671.530. The bidder must identify whether it is a resident bidder under ORS 279C.365(h).
