WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON DEFERRED COMPENSATION CONSULTING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (NO. 2020.106P) Washington County, Oregon is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Deferred Compensation Consulting to help oversee the compliance and fiduciary duties related to the County’s voluntary 457 plans. The successful proposer must acknowledge in writing they have a fiduciary obligation as an investment advisor to the 457 plan while providing the consulting services to the County. Firm must be Registered Investment Advisors. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
