LEGAL NOTICE Two community meetings to unveil the proposed plan for development of Sander Estate have been scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursdays, on Nov. 19 and Dec. 3. This plan and the feedback on the plan from these meetings will be reviewed at the CPRD Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled for Jan. 28, 2021. Sander Estate is a Chehalem Park and Recreation District property of approximately 6.7-acres, located on SW 5th St. in Dundee, directly across from Dundee-Billick Park. Citizens have three options to attend these community meetings: — Tune into the CPRD Facebook page for a live event — Join by Zoom – Contact us with your request to attend and your sign in information for the public record: Kat at kricker@cprdnewberg.org or 971.832.4222 — Attend in person at CPRD Administration Office, 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg (attendance is limited and admission will be staggered; be prepared to wait for admittance as we enforce social distancing measures). Note: It is the responsibility of the landowner to notify their tenants of these Community Meetings.
