CITY OF DUNDEE, OREGON 2020 HWY 99W WATER RELOCATIONS Bids due: November 23, 2020 @ 3:00 pm INVITATION TO BID Sealed quotes for the 2020 Hwy 99W Water Relocations will be received by the City of Dundee, P.O. Box 220, 620 SW Fifth Street, Dundee, Oregon 97115, until 3:00 pm, November 23, 2020. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked City of Dundee – 2020 Hwy 99W Water Relocations; Bid Documents and shall be delivered to the City Hall front desk on or before the above bid date and time. No faxed or emailed bids will be considered. The Work consists of water improvements to existing City infrastructure and associated work. Solicitation documents may be obtained from the City of Dundee web site at www.dundeec ity.org under the Bid Opportunities section. Bid Procedures and Conditions, Bid Forms, Drawings, Specifications, and other Documents, collectively referred to as Bid Documents may be examined at the following location: City of Dundee, 620 SW Fifth Street, Dundee, Oregon 97115 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. The Bid Documents and Plan Holders List will also be available on the City of Dundee’s Web Site (https://www.dundeecity.org/). Please email the City Engineer (city.engineer@dundeecity.org) to be placed on the Plan Holders List. BOLI Wage Rates will be required for all work completed as part of this project. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279.029. In determining the lowest responsible bidder, the City of Dundee will, for the purpose of awarding the Contract, add a percentage increase on the bid of a nonresident bidder equal to the percentage, if any, of the preference given to that bidder in the state in which the bidder resides. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a bid bond payable to the City of Dundee, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish separate Performance and Payment Bonds of one hundred percent (100%) of contract amount submitted on the prescribed forms for faithful performance of the Contract in the full amount of the Contract price. The Surety issuing the bond must have an attorney-in-fact or a principal doing business in the State of Oregon. This information must be included on the bond statement.
