REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS WITH PROPOSAL Spokane Regional Health District is requesting proposals for an executive search firm to provide recruitment services for a Health Officer. The successfully selected recruitment firm will conduct a national search for the Health Officer position for a regional health district in Eastern Washington. Services will include conducting a search for qualified candidates, assessing and screening of candidates, presenting candidates to the regional health district, facilitating the interview process, communicating with the regional health district and candidates and related functions.
