NOTICE OF HEARING CITY OF TUALATIN, OREGON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held, under ORS 221.725, before the City Council of the City of Tualatin at 7:00 p.m., Monday, December 14, 2020, in a virtual meeting, and at the Juanita Pohl Center (8513 SW Tualatin Road, Tualatin, OR 97062). The public hearing is to consider whether the City should relinquish its interest in an unused vehicle detector loop easement that is currently burdening two properties located northeast of SW 124th Avenue and SW Pacific Highway 99W. The easement is located over the properties found on Washington County Assessor’s Map as 2S115C Tax Lot 2200, 17905 SW Pacific Highway, and the easement is recorded at Washington County Documents No. 93-046003. The City is proposing to execute a Quitclaim Deed to relinquish its interest in the detector loop easement. The easement is no longer needed by the City and ODOT and has no value. Written comments will be received up until 4 pm on the day of the hearing. Written comments can be submitted to Kim McMillan, kmcmillan@tualatin.gov.
