Public Notice Metro’s Tri-Annual DBE Goal Federal Fiscal Years 2021 – 2023 This announcement will serve as notice of Metro’s proposed annual Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) aspirational goal of 7% for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Contracts and Grants. This calculation is being made in accordance with U.S. DOT’s 49 CFR, part 26. The FTA direct grant funds Metro will receive in FY 2021-2023 will be used for Metro labor costs, other agency labor costs, and contractor expenses primarily dedicated to funding awarded to other governmental agencies, Transportation Management Associations and other non-profit organizations. The analysis in arriving at the proposed goal is available by appointment with the contact below through January 23, 2021. Written comment will be accepted up to 45 days from the date of this notice.
