The property is currently zoned Suburban Residential Mobile (SRM1) in the County and is proposed to be annexed into the city as General Residential (R2), the same as the adjacent properties. At the end of the hearing the Planning Commission will make a formal recommendation on the proposed annexation to the City Council.
